On July 14, 2012 NCADR held a presentation on competition of articles for NCADR specialized journal.  15 persons attended the presentation. Attendees were students and professors of TSU law faculty. Presentation was followed by very positive discussion. Majority from attended people were interested in research of mediation institute. They shared some thoughts how to research the development of mediation institute in Georgia, how to conduct innovative research in comparative perspective of continental and Anglo-American legal systems for implementation of Georgian model of ADR. It should be noted that NCADR drafted guidelines for authors, conceptual and technical demands for articles, circle of authors, procedure and form of submission, citation and footnote technique. Attendees were offered to submit articles in English , but in case of difficulties  they were explained that NCADR could ensure the translation of submitted articles.
