Within the framework of the court-annexed mediation pilot project carried out in collaboration with the High Council of Justice of Georgia, High School of Justice, Tbilisi City Court, Tbilisi State University NCADR and German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ), USAID/JILEP organized the visit of trainers of CEDR (Center for Effective Dispute Resolution) - a UK based leading international organization providing expertise in consultancy, training and coaching of mediation. 26 candidates were chosen as a result of a two-stage selection process. Also 4 representatives of judiciary branch took part in 5 days’ training during 19-21, 23, 24 July, 2012.
