Tbilisi State University National Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution (NCADR) organized Round Table on topic: ,,Lawyer’s role in  Business Mediation”, based on common initiative and signed memorandum by United States Agency for International Development (USAID), South Texas College of Law (STCL),  corporation “East West Management Institute” (EWMI) and its program “The Judicial Independence and Legal empowerment Project in Georgia" (JILEP).  Round table was conducted by Giorgi Svanadze (LL.M., MLB (Bucerius/WHU), Senior Associate-Rodl&Partner, Attorney-at-law -Georgia, Aademic Co-Director -National Center of Commercial Law, Asisstant Professor - TSU, TFU PhD-Candidate - Christian Albrechts University (Kiel, Germany)). Round Table was held on December 17, at 11:00 AM, in the room N 06 (TSU 1st Building).
