Georgian National Competition in Arbitration

Tbilisi State University National Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution announces registration for Georgian Universities Law Faculty Student teams for participating in the Georgian National Arbitration Competition.
Tbilisi State University National Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution (NCADR) organizes the Competition in collaboration with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), South Texas College of Law (STCL), East West Management Institute (EWMI) and it’s program “The Judicial Independence and Legal Empowerment Project” (JILEP).
National Competition will be held on 22-23 June in the I Academic building of Tbilisi State University. With the aim of Introducing rules and terms of the competition on 21st of June meeting will be held with the competition organizers.
Both the coaches and the members of the teams have obligation of attending the competition.
Each higher Education Institution in Georgia is enabled to register no more than 2 groups for participating in the competition, with the consistence of 4 Bachelor Students and one coach. The consent of the head of the Law school for participating in the competition should be foreseeable from the registration Statement.
Team registration is carried out by the TSU National Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution on the following email address: apply.ncadr@tsu.ge.
Please completely fill out the application, sign the form and send it scanned to the above mentioned mailing address.
Application with defect will not be accepted!
Application deadline is no later than 5th of June. In addition, the registration shall be completed prior to the date. If by June 5 eight teams will be successfully registered , the information about the registration process and its fulfillment will be put on the TSU National Center for ADR Website: www.ncadr.tsu.ge
After registering for the competition the team is not entitled to cancel the registration, because the term for holding the competition is there to be participating 8 teams.
