Round Table on the Topic Directions and Perspectives of Mediation Development in Georgia

Tbilisi State University National Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution (NCADR) in collaboration with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), South Texas College of Law (STCL), East West Management Institute (EWMI) and it’s program the Judicial Independence and Legal Empowerment Project (JILEP) on 14 November at 3 pm in Kutaisi Akaki Tsereteli State University (Green Hall) organized a Round Table session on the topic: Directions and Perspectives of Mediation Development in Georgia.
Judges, notaries, lawyers representing Young Lawyers’ Association and Georgian Bar Association, professors, students and journalists (49 participants) were among the attendees of the round table.
The round table discussions were held on modern trends of mediation developments. The areas of future cooperation in the field of alternative dispute resolution were identified and planned during this session.
