Public Lecture on the topics: Arbitration Clause, Appointment of Arbitrators and Features of Arbitration Proceedings

Tbilisi State University National Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution (NCADR) in collaboration with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), South Texas College of Law (STCL), East West Management Institute (EWMI), program of the Judicial Independence and Legal Empowerment Project (JILEP) on 20th December, 5 p.m will organize public lecture on the topics: Arbitration Clause, Appointment of Arbitrators and Features of Arbitration Proceedings.
The lecture will be conducted by the chairman of Georgian Association of Arbitrators - Lasha Nodia and will be organised at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, 1st academic building, (Chavchavadze ave. #3, 0179) room #115.
