Public Lecture on: Arbitrator’s Ethic Principles and their Importance for the Arbitration Process

Tbilisi State University National Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution (NCADR) in collaboration with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), South Texas College of Law (STCL), East West Management Institute (EWMI), program of the Judicial Independence and Legal Empowerment Project (JILEP) organized public lecture on 16th December, 5 p.m., at Tbilisi State University, second academic building (Chavchavadze ave. #3, 0179) in 331st auditorium (3rd floor).

The lecture covered the following topics: Arbitrator’s Ethic Principles and their Importance for the Arbitration Process.

The lecture was conducted by  the chairman of Georgian Association of Arbitrators - Lasha Nodia.

The attendees of the lectrure were the members of DRC, Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Dispute Resolution Center, JILEP, David Batonishvili Law Institute, the members of Georgian Bar Association, professors and students (22 attendees).
